Joining PMR Smart is a easy process. Before signing up with PMR Smart, we encourage you to discuss its potential with your pharmacists. Signing up is as simple as:

1. Fill out a few forms (available at participating pharmacies) to provide your pharmacist with the most accurate and up to date information.
2. Your pharmacist will enter your medical information into the PMR Smart system.
3. You will be contacted by your pharmacist for a brief interview and introduction into the system.
4. Your pharmacist will generate a report based on your medical history, and review this information with you.
